How is the food become to
improtant on our life? Anyone can stay on alive without
eat? It's probably not reason to agrue. I really confident about the food
is very important with our life. There are three benefit types of food as :
source power , helpful to grow up and repair to the wear and tear of
body.
A food is source power
energy. It's able to be an important for body. There are
consist protine , carbohydrate, fat, vitamin and mineral. All of
those can helpful to you in a life. all the these we call that is nutrient

On the way we are alive, we always
get a food that helpful grow up and power energy to do everything
such as a child grow up to teenager until adult.

addition sometime when you feel tired or exhaust , the food can be help you to
repair a wear and tear of body when you are sleep or take some rest, similarly
